I am currently trying not to be a blogging loser as Mona and Amy like to call me. So here it is my first blog in what has seemed like forever. Lots have happened in 8 months. In March I graduated with my Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I am so happy that it is all over. I was going nuts going to school full time and working full time. It is a miracle I am still alive! Now that I am done I have another goal and that is to have a baby. Sergio and I are currently trying to conceive our first born child. We are a bit nervous about how our life will change but we look forward to this new chapter in our life. So if you don't here from me soon you know what I am working on.
This summer was amazing. It was the first summer that was totally free of work or school. Sergio and I went to the beach practically every week. I think I went two to three times in one week. We also started running outside. The combination of beach and outdoor running has led to very dark tan. My foundation doesn't match anymore and my family keeps making fun of me. Speaking about my family I also got to spend a lot of time with my parents. I think this summer my parents and I have become closer than ever. I hope to be able to bring the rest of the family together in these next coming months.
